What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the pursuit of fitness in a small group. We combine calisthenics, running, weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing and more. Service men and women, firefighters, police officers, soccer moms and grandmothers have improved the quality of their lives with CrossFit. Our coaches are highly-skilled, safety-minded Crossfitters that are also FUN! All of our classes run for 60 minutes, you can expect to keep moving for the majority of the class time. For the entire session, our instructors will be there to motivate you and keep you going every step of the way. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, and form new friendships with your fellow classmates.

Get Started

We provide a free introductory session which is designed to help you understand what we do, and why we do it, answer any questions that you may have, and provide your first exposure to a CrossFit workout. You will gain instruction in some of the basic movements, and experience examples of how we scale workouts for each individual. After your free intro session, you can continue attending CrossFit Sand Springs by choosing a membership and joining the class of your choice. Our coaches will continue to scale the workouts to your fitness level and teach you progressions for all exercises.

Please make sure to sign the waiver below BEFORE you come in to the gym. We ask that all drop-ins please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can get you all set before your workout.


Your first drop-in is free! Additional drop-in sessions can be purchased in person. Sessions start at $15. Heads up! If you’re going to be in town for longer, we offer discounted rates on session packs.

Additional Info

• Must be age 18 years or older to enroll. Children age 15 to 17  years may be enrolled with parent/guardian advance written consent. All membership types are non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-sellable.  

• Holds Month-to-Month Membership: Holds may be placed two (2) times per calendar year, up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Must be 30 days in duration at minimum.

• Prepaid Membership and Sessions Agreements: Not subject to any hold options.

• Cancellations Month-to-Month Membership: without penalty with seven (7) days advance written notice Prepaid Membership and Session(s) Membership: Not subject to any early termination options with exception of death or disability.


• Unlimited Classes: $100 p/mo

• 10 Class Punch Card: $120

• 3 Month Plan: $270 paid in full

• 6 Month Plan: $480 paid in full

• 12 Month Plan: $840 paid in full
